With a little help from your friends

Problem solved. I now know why Cathy has a surname of Pacific...she is awesome. A couple of calls to Bruce in Canberra and Bob's your uncle. The golden ticket is presented and off I disappear to the lounge. Many thanks to the folks back home who helped and reassured me. Also thanks for the innovative proposed solutions involving slow boats from China and ancient cargo planes filled with livestock. Your suggestions and thoughts were well appreciated.
